smbGOLF is a consulting and data company that helps golf courses and golf technology vendors make smarter decisions through Coursographics™, consulting, HubSpot services, and sales enablement.

What does Coursographics™ mean?

Coursographics™ are datasets that map a golf facility’s technology stack—tee sheet, POS, booking engine, website/app, member management, and management company.

Who do you work with?

Public, private, and municipal golf operators; golf tech vendors; associations; and investors.

What makes smbGOLF different?

How do you sell data as a subscription?

After an initial set-up of our golf course and people datasets, we connect the data to our master datasets. When our data updates, our subscription customers data is updated within 5 minutes. We update our datasets at minimum, 20 days of every month.

How do you help vendors?

Positioning/messaging, sales enablement, playbooks, outbound support, partner strategy, and pipeline hygiene—plus access to accurate course technology datasets.

Do you build sales collateral?

Yes. Decks, one-pagers, case studies, objection handling, and demo flows tailored to operator personas.

What’s included in a Coursographics™ subscription?

Facility identity, stack components (tee sheet/POS/booking/app/website), marketplace exposure, management company, and select digital signals (e.g., GBP indicators).

How often is data updated?

Continuously, with formal refresh cycles. High-change vendors and markets are prioritized.

Where does the data come from?

First-party research, public sources, and verified operator/vendor inputs. We use strict QA workflows.

Do you sell one-time data files?

Yes—facility, public golf, private club, and contacts datasets. We also provide custom slices on request.

Can investors access your data?

Yes. We support diligence sprints and ongoing subscriptions; custom analyst notes are available.

Does smbGOLF manage HubSpot?

Yes. We are an official HubSpot partner for the golf industry—we sell, install, and manage HubSpot.

What HubSpot work do you do?

Portal setup, data model design, pipeline/permissions, sequences and workflows, dashboards, sales playbooks, website/chat, and integrations with golf systems where available.

Can you migrate us to HubSpot?

Yes. We map fields, migrate contacts/companies/deals/activities, rebuild automations, and train teams.

Do you provide ongoing HubSpot admin?

Yes. SLA-based admin that covers hygiene, workflow changes, reporting, and user support.
