We cultivate and maintain several ports of entry for contacts in our people dataset. After we add a new contact, we enrich the data, identify the accuracy of the data and ultimately associate the data with a golf course. Presently, we use five different enrichment platforms, and maintain our data in a HubSpot relational database.
If we are not able to score the data as healthy, through two separate partnerships, or we can't properly associate the data with a golf course company, in our dataset, we do not mark the contact as ready for distribution.
We use a different process for Coursographics. Coursographics is like Firmographics but specific to golf and generally goes much deeper than how most data companies track company information. We maintain over 400 data points about golf courses including the tech they use, what golfers think of them and how they sell tee times. We track rates, activity options, cancellation policies and more. We use people and technology to collect the information deploying strategies that range from the newest AI to good old-fashioned telephone calls.

PUBLIC GOLF COURSE CONTACTS
We have over 21,000 verified contacts with clean email addresses and proper name IDs, all associated with public golf courses across North America in our relational HubSpot database.
PRIVATE GOLF COURSE CONTACTS
We have over 18,000 verified contacts with clean email addresses and proper name IDs, all associated with private golf courses across North America in our relational HubSpot database.
There are historically proven segments of golf. Public Golf and Private Golf are the most obvious but we go deeper with our analysis.
PUBLIC GOLF COURSES
In North America, we're tracking over 13,000 public golf courses. Within that segment, we identify municipal, semi-private, resort and more.
PRIVATE GOLF COURSES
In North America, we're tracking over 4,000 private golf courses. Within that segment, we identify Platinum, Distinguished and municipal.
MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSES
Municipal golf courses can be public or private but there's more to the story. We track the entity that owns the municipal golf course, the agency tasked with operating the golf course and, if it exists, the management company managing the golf course.
MILITARY GOLF COURSES
There are hundreds of golf courses in both the United States and Canada that are owned and operated by a military force. In the USA, all branches of the military, including Space Force, operate golf courses. We track all of these details.
